Group singing has incredible benefits to wellbeing. When we sing together, our bodies release the “feel-good” hormones that lift mood, reduce stress, and promote a sense of connection. Breathing deeply while singing can improve lung function, posture, and relaxation, while learning new songs keeps the brain active and engaged.
Just as importantly, singing in a group builds confidence, strengthens social bonds, and creates a powerful sense of belonging. Whether you’re harmonising with others or simply enjoying the moment, singing is a joyful way to care for both your body and your mind.

Chepstow: Thursday 6:30pm – 8pm
Newport: Friday 7pm – 8:30pm
